Andreas Denker Becomes New CEO of NETZSCH Pumps & Systems

Mr. Andreas Denker will become a further managing director of NETZSCH Pumps & Systems with effect from April 1, 2023. After a transition phase with the current CEO Felix Kleinert, Denker will take over the management of the global Pumps & Systems business unit in mid-May 2023. At the same time, he will become a member of the global management team (GMT) of the NETZSCH Group. The P&S business unit is the strongest business unit in terms of sales and earnings of the globally operating family-owned company. Kleinert, who has led the business unit as CEO since 1999, will retire on June 30, 2023, after 24 years with the company.

Denker has 20 years of management experience in internationally positioned technology companies (Airbus, Diehl, Mannesmann and Dürr/Homag). Most recently, he was CEO of the Manaseer Group in Jordan, a conglomerate with over 10,000 employees operating in the mining, construction, energy and life science sectors. At Manaseer, Mr. Denker transformed the regionally active company into an export-focused group of companies.

Target and focus of the new managing director of NETZSCH Pumps & Systems

In his new role, Denker will further develop the strategy of the Pumps & Systems business unit. The focus here is on ensuring success through the targeted expansion of the global production and sales network, the expansion of the product portfolio and the development of new digital solutions in the field of complex fluid management.

Great thanks go to Mr. Kleinert, who, following the successful realignment and global expansion of the Pumps & Systems business unit, built the company into a leading gloabal player in the pump industry. With creativity, experience and great commitment, he has had a lasting and decisive influence on the company over the past two decades. After 24 years, he is handing over his responsibilities to his successor and moving into retirement.
