NETZSCH sends a signal for a green future for the earth

The Earth Hour is a global initiative committed to protecting the climate and the environment. Founded in 2007 by WWF Australia, it involves switching off the lights in public buildings and other places for one hour. Since then, it has taken place every year in March. Last year, supporters from over 190 countries worldwide took part. The initiative aims to raise awareness of society's environmental and climate protection issues. Due to the extremely high energy consumption worldwide, just one hour without light has a measurable effect.

NETZSCH is taking part for the fourth time in a row. On Saturday evening, the lights will be switched off for one hour at all five development and production sites in Brazil, China, Germany, India and the USA. Embracing the motto #BiggestHourForEarth, we are setting an example for a green future for our planet.
