Pressure Sensor

A pressure sensor is a measuring device detecting a medium's physical pressure in pipes, containers or pump systems and converts it into an electrical signal.

It monitors operating pressure, controls processes and activates safety mechanisms. Depending on the measuring principle, it can be used for liquids or gases. It plays a central role in automation and process control by helping to prevent excess pressure or vacuum and increasing the efficiency of technical systems.
