Practical Training to Increase the Efficiency of Your Pump Maintenance

We train you on our products! The technical training at NETZSCH Pumps & Systems focuses on practical experience. We will show you how to avoid or eliminate errors during commissioning, maintenance and repair, thereby increasing your efficiency in the long term. Benefit from more than seven decades of experience in manufacturing positive displacement pumps.

During the two-day technical training course on the NETZSCH Campus in Waldkraiburg, you will gain in-depth product knowledge of NEMO® progressing cavity pumps and TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps from the global specialist in handling complex media experts. In addition, we offer you an optional third day on which the NOTOS® multi screw pumps and PERIPRO® peristaltic pumps technologies are discussed in detail. To maximise your benefit, the number of participants is limited to ten. Registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule of the practical training

Day 1 – 8:30 am to 5 pm:

Welcome, company presentation and factory tour
Operating principle and series of NEMO® progressing cavity pumps
Assembly and disassembly of NEMO® progressing cavity pumps
Explanation and overview of the different joint types
Assembly and disassembly of the joints
Damage patterns of progressing cavity pumps

Day 2 – 8:30 am to 3 pm:

Operating principle and series TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps
Assembly and disassembly of TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps
Damage patterns of rotary lobe pumps
Explanation and overview of various mechanical seals and belt drives
Assembly and disassembly of mechanical seals
Special designs and variants of TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps
Methodical troubleshooting

Day 3 – 8:30 am to 3 pm (optional):

Operating principle and series of PERIPRO® peristaltic pumps
Assembly and disassembly of PERIPRO® peristaltic pumps
Operating principle and series of NOTOS® multi screw pumps
Assembly and disassembly of NOTOS® multi screw pumps

Training fee

The participation fee for the two-day practical training course is 890 euros per person plus VAT. For the optional third day, only 100 euros are added.

From the second registration of a company, the fee is reduced to 790 euros (two days) or 890 euros (three days) per person.

The training fee includes the substructure, a training certificate, lunch and refreshments during breaks on each training day, and a joint dinner on the first training day. Participants are responsible for their own travelling expenses and hotel costs.

Hotel recommendation

We have a block booking of rooms at the Hotel Centrale in Waldkraiburg for the duration of the compact seminar. Participants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. Please note the discount cannot be granted if you make your reservation via a booking portal.

Withdrawal from participation

Cancellation in writing up to 14 days before the start of the training course is free of charge. Please note we will have to charge a processing fee of 100 euros plus VAT at the statutory rate after this time. If a registration is not cancelled in writing up to three days before the start of the training course, we will have to charge the full participation fee. Re-registration for a different employee is possible at any time.
