Uma nova fase da vida começa para 15 trainees industriais e comerciais
Na quinta-feira, 1º de setembro de 2022, 15 jovens iniciaram suas carreiras na NETZSCH Pumps & Systems em Waldkraiburg. Lá, eles serão treinados como funcionários industriais, mecânicos industriais, designers técnicos de produtos e especialistas em TI para desenvolvimento de aplicativos. Além das boas-vindas da gerência, do conselho de trabalhadores e dos representantes dos jovens e estagiários, houve vários outros destaques no programa para o início do treinamento.
There was a similar atmosphere in the air as on the first day of school on the morning of the 1st September at the NETZSCH Campus. Nervousness and excitement coupled with anticipation and curiosity could be heard as Erina Terstena, Theresa Langrieger, Celina Maurer, Jonas Meyer (industrial clerk), Maximilian Wolf, Johannes Wagner, Cemil Dumlupinar, Jonas Felbinger, Felix Gerstner, Florian Seyfert, Lukas Seisenberger, Tobias Eign (industrial mechanic), Johanna Lanzinger (technical product designer), Leon Winterer and Sebastian Schuster (IT specialist for application development) started their apprenticeships.

To avoid losing time, the first topics on the agenda were followed immediately after the welcome by the trainers. The new trainees were first instructed in occupational safety, environmental management and quality management. Afterwards, the training management, the works council and the youth and trainee representatives addressed the trainees with welcome. The morning was rounded off with getting-to-know-you games and the handing over of work clothes before lunch was served.

À tarde, os novos aprendizes conheceram Jens Heidkötter, Diretor Geral da NETZSCH Pumps & Systems. Em seu discurso, ele se concentrou no novo Campus da NETZSCH e nas oportunidades resultantes para os recém-chegados: "Vocês são o primeiro grupo de aprendizes a experimentar o novo Campus da NETZSCH em primeira mão. Isso lhes oferece a oportunidade única de moldar ativamente os novos processos e estruturas emergentes desde o início. Com uma nova fábrica de treinamento de última geração e um contêiner independente de aprendizado e recreação para os estagiários, nós da NETZSCH garantiremos um treinamento do mais alto nível também no futuro, para que vocês estejam preparados de forma ideal para sua carreira", disse Heidkötter. Depois disso, o dia foi encerrado com uma visita guiada às instalações da fábrica.

The main focus is on team building. The highlight of the trip is a visit to Skyline Park.
