The New Work Excellence quality seal is awarded annually by the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry Association bayme vbm to companies mainly characterised by innovation and agility.

The award underlines NETZSCH's commitment to progressive work organisation, practical management principles and a future-oriented corporate culture. The award follows an extensive qualification process, including a detailed audit. NETZSCH has successfully passed the two-stage evaluation process. This process, designed by the Institute for Employment and Employability IBE at the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences on behalf of the Bavarian metal and electrical employers' associations, included submitting specific documents and a detailed on-site assessment.
