440 Years of NETZSCH: Celebration for Long-Serving Employees

Honour where honour is due! NETZSCH Pumps & Systems held a festive evening event with flowers and certificates to appreciate the long-standing service of numerous employees.

At the end of November, we not only celebrated in the chic ambience of Café & Restaurant FELIX on the NETZSCH Campus in Waldkraiburg, but above all said thank you. Thank you for decades of commitment, loyalty and Proven Excellence.

This year, NETZSCH's traditional anniversary celebration was once again marked by appreciation and solidarity. Long-standing employees were honoured in the festively decorated company restaurant. After a champagne reception with finger food and musical accompaniment, the management warmly welcomed the guests and opened the evening with personal greetings. “With your knowledge, experience and passion, you have made a decisive contribution over the past decades to our reputation as a reliable partner and technology leader worldwide. Your commitment makes us very proud. You have all shaped and helped to mould NETZSCH. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this”, said CFO Jens Heidkötter. Afterwards, the guests enjoyed a culinary journey through an exclusive menu.

Honouring 40 years of commitment

The highlight of the evening was the ceremonial honouring of employees who have been part of the NETZSCH family for four decades. The following employees were honoured for 40 years of service: Walter Michel, Siegfried Breneizeris, Peter Freitag, Frank Schott, Franz Auer and Michael Sigl. As a token of appreciation, they received certificates from NETZSCH, the IHK, and the Kuratorium der bayerischen Wirtschaft, as well as a medal, a badge of honour, and a bouquet of flowers. The honour symbolises consistency, experience and the tireless dedication that has characterised NETZSCH, the global specialist in handling complex media, for decades.

25 years of loyalty - A foundation for the future

Employees celebrating their 25th anniversary were also honoured with loud applause and recognition. The following employees were honoured for a quarter of a century of service at NETZSCH: Manfred Hauenstein, Edgar Malik, Alexander Wittmann, Melanie Eggerdinger, Nicole Kielack, Mikael Tekneyan, Markus Rosam and Pitt Mair. Their experience, knowledge and reliability form an important foundation for the long-term success of the company. They are a living example of what NETZSCH means by Proven Excellence.

After the works council’s greeting and the employees’ thank-you speech, a group photo was taken. Following this, guests were treated to a dessert and cheese buffet featuring sweet delicacies.

Accompanied by atmospheric music and good conversation, the evening drew to a close in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a successful conclusion to a celebration, showing that success at NETZSCH is always based on appreciation and cohesion.
