Technical Training Impresses Swiss Service Technicians
In the region, for the region! This is what NETZSCH Pumps & Systems has stood for from the very beginning. In line with this motto, practical training was recently held at our exclusive partner's site in Jona, Switzerland.

Practical training for Swiss exclusive representatives
Our service team's training addressed technicians from Häny AG and HänyTec, who have been our exclusive representatives in Switzerland for over 13 years. Four service technicians from Häny AG (environmental sector, wastewater treatment plants) and nine from HänyTec (industrial sector, food and chemicals) participated. The event was mainly characterised by its practical approach: Participants could try things out themselves and gain valuable experience for their daily work. The training was technically and culturally diverse, with participants from French- and Italian-speaking cantons in Switzerland. The focus was on NEMO® progressing cavity pumps and TORNADO® rotary lobe pumps. In addition to practical exercises, a short presentation on damage analysis was given, illustrated by clear example images.
