The N.Durance® tungsten carbide fusion coating from NETZSCH Pumps & Systems, the global specialist in handling complex media, is a technological innovation that sustainably increases the service life, efficiency, and reliability of your NEMO® progressing cavity pump.

The specially developed surface technology offers protection against abrasion and corrosion, even under extreme operating conditions. This allows you to achieve maximum operational reliability while reducing life cycle costs. The N.Durance® coating not only extends the service life of the Rotorrotor,Rotors,rotorsrotor, but also of other critical pump components, in particular the stator. It is based on state-of-the-art tungsten carbide fusion technology, specifically developed for demanding pump applications. The fusion of the coating material with the base metal creates an exceptionally dense, homogeneous surface that can withstand the highest loads. Depending on your requirements, there are three variants available:

All variants impress with their extremely low porosity of only 0.6 to 1.5 percent. The homogeneous microstructure with finely distributed carbide grains provides an exceptionally dense, durable surface and optimal protection of the base material.
