Centrifugal Force 

Centrifugal force is an apparent force that occurs when an object is in circular motion. This force acts outwards and away from the object's rotation axis. 

The magnitude of the centrifugal force depends on the mass of the object, its speed and the radius of the circular motion. Centrifugal force plays an essential roller in pumps that rely on rotational motion. It enables the transfer of liquids or gases from an area of lower pressure to a place of higher pressure and is thus a fundamental principle in fluid technology.
