Các học viên của công ty đã thể hiện điều này trong chiến dịch dọn dẹp “Rama Dama” tại Waldkraiburg. Cùng nhau, họ đã tích cực góp phần xây dựng một thành phố sạch đẹp và một môi trường trong lành.
The “Rama Dama” clean-up campaign is an initiative of the city of Waldkraiburg annually motivating committed citizens to clean up public areas carelessly littered. NETZSCH trainees responded to the call and were set to work, equipped with gloves, garbage bags, and tongs.

As in previous years, the apprentices collected rubbish and garbage in small teams around the NETZSCH Campus in Waldkraiburg to contribute to environmental protection. In addition to the ecological aspect, the focus was also on community spirit. The campaign promoted team spirit and strengthened the sense of responsibility for sustainable action. “It was great to do something good for the environment together. Working with apprentices from other departments also helped to improve the sense of community among us apprentices”, said Anna Hausberger, apprentice industrial clerk.
A role model for future generations
NETZSCH is aware of its social responsibility as an international company with regional roots. The trainees' involvement in “Rama Dama” emphasises this social awareness and shows that sustainable action is important in developing efficient pump technologies and the social sphere. Participation in “Rama Dama” shows everyone can contribute to a cleaner environment.
The apprentices at NETZSCH have shown how important it is to take responsibility for one's workplace, society, and future generations.
