The first day for the new trainees was full of new impressions and faces. It started with a welcome from the trainers in the arena. Essential insights into occupational safety and quality management followed this. After a short break, the management, the works council and the youth and trainee representatives introduced themselves, before a get-to-know-you game broke the ice. The rest of the day was spent being provided with work clothes, participating in a short photo shoot, and having lunch. The induction day was rounded off by setting up technical equipment with the support of the IT department and a presentation with general information about the company and the training programme.
