The TORNADO® T1 XXLB-F rotary lobe pump impresses with its pressure-stable characteristic curve, which ensures a consistent delivery rate even with varying system pressures. Unlike centrifugal pumps, whose efficiency depends heavily on operation at the best efficiency point (BEP), the rotary lobe pump operates efficiently across a wide range of delivery volumes. The volume flow is precisely controlled via the speed, without energy-intensive throttling losses. The TORNADO® T1 XXLB-F therefore offers you significantly higher operational reliability and efficiency, especially in applications with fluctuating operating pressures or uncertain pressure design.
2. Powerful with tough and solids-laden media
The new size is suitable for pumping highly viscous liquids such as oils, lubricants, or chemicals.
