Andreas Denker được bổ nhiệm làm Tổng Giám đốc mới của NETZSCH Pumps & Systems
Ông Andreas Denker sẽ trở thành Giám đốc điều hành (Managing Director) của NETZSCH Pumps & Systems kể từ ngày 1 tháng 4 năm 2023. Sau giai đoạn chuyển giao với CEO hiện tại Felix Kleinert, ông Denker sẽ chính thức đảm nhận vai trò quản lý bộ phận kinh doanh Pumps & Systems trên toàn cầu vào giữa tháng 5 năm 2023. Cùng thời điểm này, ông sẽ trở thành thành viên của đội ngũ quản lý toàn cầu (GMT) của Tập đoàn NETZSCH. Bộ phận kinh doanh P&S là bộ phận kinh doanh mạnh nhất về doanh thu và lợi nhuận của công ty gia đình hoạt động trên toàn cầu. Ông Kleinert, người đã lãnh đạo bộ phận kinh doanh này với tư cách CEO kể từ năm 1999, sẽ nghỉ hưu vào ngày 30 tháng 6 năm 2023 sau 24 năm làm việc tại công ty.
Denker has 20 years of management experience in internationally positioned technology companies (Airbus, Diehl, Mannesmann and Dürr/Homag). Most recently, he was CEO of the Manaseer Group in Jordan, a conglomerate with over 10,000 employees operating in the mining, construction, energy and life science sectors. At Manaseer, Mr. Denker transformed the regionally active company into an export-focused group of companies.

Target and focus of the new managing director
In his new role, Denker will further develop the strategy of the Pumps & Systems business unit. The focus here is on ensuring success through the targeted expansion of the global production and sales network, the expansion of the product portfolio and the development of new digital solutions in the field of complex fluid management.

He is the ideal successor to Felix Kleinert, under whose leadership the further strategic direction of the business unit has yet to be determined”, explains Moritz Netzsch, member of executive board, NETZSCH Group. “The conditions for further growth are ideal. The strategic positioning of the Pumps & Systems business unit as a holistic solution provider for the management of complex fluids has taken place and we are already perceived as such in the market.”
Great thanks go to Mr. Kleinert, who, following the successful realignment and global expansion of the Pumps & Systems business unit, built the company into a leading gloabal player in the pump industry. With creativity, experience and great commitment, he has had a lasting and decisive influence on the company over the past two decades. After 24 years, he is handing over his responsibilities to his successor and moving into retirement.
