Almost all media in the food industry are highly sensitive to contamination and if contaminated, they are unusable for the consumer. As a result, special attention is given to the pumps and systems involved in the production process. Thanks to its innovative design, the new PERIPRO enables you to pump without the risk of contamination. It is CIP (“Cleaning-In-Place”) capable, which means cleaning can be carried out within the system, as the rollers can be easily removed via a flap in the cover, making it easy to clean the inside of the pump. The hose is also manufactured from food-grade FDA certified nitrile.
