Built with only 30+ parts in total, the NEMO® BY progressing cavity pump ensures ease of assembly and disassembly, reducing downtime and maintenance efforts. The pump has four designs of Rotorrotor,Rotors,rotorsrotor and stator geometries, providing versatility to suit different flow and pressure demands with the smallest and most efficient pump for an application.
The NEMO® BY progressing cavity pump delivers robust performance across a wide range of operating conditions with its capability to deliver high flow rates and pressures. The NEMO® BY pump's lantern design features a single-size IEC flange, simplifying installation and alignment for the drive.
The pump's shaft includes air release fluting, facilitating easy assembly and disassembly. A single cross drilling per drive train allows for easy installation of the cross pin, which transmits torque while axial force is managed by an additional shoulder on the drive shaft. The pump's drive shaft is designed as one piece, enhancing its structural integrity and reliability.
